SoundPlusUA is an independent record label representing original artists and composers. Our primary mission is to publish, distribute, and promote original music across major streaming platforms.
All music published on SoundPlusUA remains fully copyrighted by the respective artists or rights holders. In addition to streaming and downloads, selected works are also available for commercial licensing.
🎧 Listening, Downloads & Personal Use
🟢 You can listen to our music for free on SoundPlusUA and on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and many others.
🟢 You can download all tracks from SoundPlusUA for free.
🟢 You can use our music on YouTube (long-form videos) for free, although your video may receive a copyright claim and monetization may be limited.
🟢 You can use our music in YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels by selecting the track directly from each platform's music library ( ). This is the recommended method and allows monetization according to each platform's policies.
🟢 Our music may also be used in personal websites, school projects, presentations, podcasts, social media, and similar personal or non-commercial projects, subject to these Terms.
💡 If you require official proof of rights for commercial projects, you can obtain a License or support us through Patreon / BuyMeCoffee. Licenses and Memberships include documentation confirming your usage rights.
🚫 Copyright & Restrictions
⛔ You may not sell, redistribute, or upload our music as your own to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, or any other music distribution platform.
⛔ You may not claim authorship, remix, add vocals, or create derivative musical works for distribution without written permission.
⛔ You may not register our music with Content ID, PROs, or any copyright registration system.
⛔ Ownership of all music always remains with the original artist or rights holder.
ℹ️ Copyright & Content ID
To protect our artists and their original works, all of our music is protected using Content ID and digital fingerprinting.
If you use our music without a License or active Membership, you may receive a copyright claim.
A copyright claim is not a copyright strike:
- Your video will not be deleted.
- Your video will not be blocked.
- The primary limitation may be monetization.
Content ID helps protect our artists from unauthorized redistribution and copyright abuse.
If you hold a License or active Membership, you can dispute eligible claims or request channel whitelisting where applicable.
Copyright claims are a normal part of using Content-ID-protected music and do not negatively affect your channel.
💳 Commercial Licensing
If your project requires commercial usage rights or official proof of permission, you have several options:
- Purchase a License for individual tracks. Each License includes a certificate confirming your legal usage rights.
- Become a supporter on Patreon or BuyMeCoffee. Membership covers all tracks while your membership remains active.
With a License or Membership:
- You can dispute eligible Content ID claims.
- We can also assist with claim removal and, where possible, whitelist your channel.
🎬 Sync Licensing
Some commercial productions, including films, television, advertising, radio, console/PC video games, and other large-scale projects, may require a custom Sync License. Please contact us directly so we can prepare a licensing agreement appropriate for your project.

- All music published on SoundPlusUA is copyrighted by its respective artists and rights holders.
- SoundPlusUA is an independent record label that publishes and distributes original music. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any copyright or intellectual property.
- Music may be listened to, downloaded, and used as described in these Terms. Commercial projects may require a License or Membership depending on the intended use.
- Licenses and Memberships include documentation confirming your usage rights and may assist with resolving eligible Content ID claims.
- If you cancel a Membership, projects published while your Membership was active remain covered according to the Membership terms.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of our music.
- By accessing or using SoundPlusUA, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
